Kali and I met in high school and I instantly fell in love with her amazing, fun-loving spirit. Her laugh and smile light up a room, and when she emailed me on Facebook to tell me she was getting married, all I could think of is how lucky this guy is to have found such a wonderful person to share his life with. We have all come a long way since softball practice, bottle drives, and high school musicals, but its always a comfort to be with someone who knew you before were you. {does that make any sense…haha}  I cannot wait for her wedding in September!

Oh, Amanda!!! These are amazing- that sunflare pic blew me right out of my socks! I totally get what you are saying… I LOVE it when old friends who knew me from WAY BACK call me to photograph them and their families… it’s like we have a little extra connection and familiarity with each other that lets them relax and really shine in their photos- if only they all could be that way! xoxo
