Daily Mantra:

“While we try to teach our children all about life,
Our children teach us what life is all about.”
{angela.schwindt}

The icy weather that hit here in Maine on Friday was a distant memory the very next day as I headed out to meet a wonderful little family a few hours away. it was as if the sun forgot to bring the warmth with it, because although bright and beautiful, the air was frigged and bitter. However cold outside, Miss Sophie was the perfect, smiling hostess of any 3 year old I have every met. Her mom and dad are deliciously lucky to have such a sunshine in their life. You can truly tell that this family has amazing times together, even when cameras are not around.

I was treated to many wardrobe changes throughout the morning, all of them more divine than the next. I think this last one was my favorite though…I think she knew she looked fabulous.

Have I mentioned lately how much I love my job.

I do.

These are amazing. My favorite is the first one. If I were her parents I would get that in a canvas!

You just keep getting better and better, Mandy! That first one is my favorite. What a beautiful family.
(As for why I was able to do a baby Jesus craft when I was in Brownies, remember that I am quite a bit older than you–it was more than 30 years ago!)
