There are perfect days in Maine, and then there are days you just days that blow you away with unexpected beauty. When October comes around, I expect such chilly days that I have to reluctantly put away my flipflops and wear shoes that suffocate my feet. But Saturday was not such a day, and the weather was a blissful bounty of the kind of sunshine that makes your heart feel warm and comfy on the inside. I couldn’t wait to reconnect with this busy family who I had met earlier on in the spring. Sometimes you just connect with a family…so much so that you feel like you are just catching up with good friends who happen to have some really fantastic kids.
Sometimes you don’t want to even leave their house…
because they are so much FUN!
not to mention deliciously adorable…
even willing to create their own poses AND sit still for you while you snap a picture.
Some days I just have to pinch myself. My job is TOO good.
